Il introduit \u00e9galement un changement majeur dans le mode de d\u00e9signation du chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. D\u00e9sormais, le pr\u00e9sident ne sera plus \u00e9lu au suffrage universel direct, mais par le Parlement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9forme a un impact imm\u00e9diat sur le mandat du pr\u00e9sident en exercice.
