Il s\u2019en est sorti avec une mention excellente au regard de la pertinence de sa proposition contre ce fl\u00e9au de ch\u00f4mage.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un centre de formation professionnelle en stylisme, en coiffure et en cosm\u00e9tique \u00e0 Natitingou \u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em> C\u2019est le th\u00e8me de m\u00e9moire de master en Entrepreneuriat et gestion des projets de Romaric Zinmons\u00e8 soutenu \u00e0 Natitingou d\u00e9but juin 2025. Il y propose des alternatives pour lutter contre le ch\u00f4mage. L\u2019objectif du m\u00e9moire est de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du ch\u00f4mage au B\u00e9nin \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation d’un centre de formation professionnelle ax\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9tiers de stylisme, coiffure et cosm\u00e9tique en int\u00e9grant une approche pragmatique qui favorise l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux besoins croissants du march\u00e9. Son initiative se veut non seulement une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des besoins identifi\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement une contribution \u00e0 la dynamique de d\u00e9veloppement du secteur de la mode et de la beaut\u00e9, pour un v\u00e9ritable impact sur l’am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des jeunes et la r\u00e9duction du ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il pr\u00e9cise dans son m\u00e9moire que la formation professionnelle dans les domaines du stylisme, de la coiffure et de la cosm\u00e9tique est cruciale pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du march\u00e9 de l’emploi local. Les donn\u00e9es sur l’emploi au B\u00e9nin font cas d\u2019une tendance croissante vers les professions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mode et \u00e0 la beaut\u00e9. Ce qui n\u00e9cessite des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s. Ce qui implique une \u00e9ducation pertinente et adapt\u00e9e aux jeunes \u00e0 travers la mise en place d\u2019un centre de formation professionnelle dans cette ville situ\u00e9e au nord-ouest du B\u00e9nin. Les apprenants du centre seront outill\u00e9s pour s\u2019auto prendre en charge avec les modules de formation orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019entrepreneuriat et la gestion d\u2019un atelier ou d\u2019un salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cr\u00e9ation d’un centre de formation professionnelle au stylisme, \u00e0 la coiffure et au cosm\u00e9tique \u00e0 Natitingou repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 unique pour le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et collectif, indique-t-il. \u00ab En r\u00e9pondant aux besoins d’une population jeune et dynamique, ce projet s’inscrit non seulement dans une logique d’am\u00e9lioration de l’employabilit\u00e9, mais aussi dans une d\u00e9marche de valorisation de la culture locale et de dynamisation de l’\u00e9conomie r\u00e9gionale. Ce m\u00e9moire explorera en profondeur ces dimensions, avec l’ambition de contribuer \u00e0 un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif et entrepreneurial riche et inclusif \u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, a soutenu Romaric Zinmons\u00e8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il renseigne que l\u2019inad\u00e9quation du syst\u00e8me scolaire avec le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi maintient les jeunes dans le ch\u00f4mage.
