Convoqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la barre par la Cour pour les formalit\u00e9s de v\u00e9rification de l\u2019identit\u00e9, Olivier Boko, Oswald Hom\u00e9ky et les 3 autres pr\u00e9venus ont tous plaid\u00e9 non coupable des faits mis \u00e0 leur charge.&nbsp; <strong>Rock Nieri<\/strong> , homme d\u2019affaires et beau-fr\u00e8re de Boko soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 lui aussi&nbsp; d\u2019avoir jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le &nbsp;&nbsp;dans cette affaire &nbsp;n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 cette audience . Ce dernier fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e9mis par la commission d\u2019instruction de la CRIET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Faut-il pr\u00e9ciser au total 06 personnes sont poursuivies dans ce dossier pour \u201c<strong>complot contre l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat, corruption d\u2019argent public &nbsp;et&nbsp; faux&nbsp; certificats<\/strong>\u201d. &nbsp;Rappelons que l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires et l\u2019ex ministre des sports ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t le <strong>1er octobre 2024<\/strong> par le juge des libert\u00e9s et de la d\u00e9tention de la CRIET.
